"As a previous and returning employee, I have always felt that SmartNews truly appreciates *all* perspectives. It is such a collaborative and humble culture where, for the first time in my professional career, I feel that I have a voice.
Of course, there is always potential for improvement, but I feel that I am valued at SmartNews."

"My manager at SmartNews is incredible!! The team's perspectives/criticisms/thoughts are always taken into consideration when making decisions. Being a global company, it's important to have a flexible work schedule to accommodate for when there may be later meetings one night, and I feel my manager has always given me the space to take the time I need to balance my personal life with work. My manager really emphasizes this within our whole team, pushing us to take breaks away from the screen as well. "
