It's a very entrepreneurial environment. Lots of roles have autonomy and the Senior Management allows the right employees to make the most of their positions.

It depends on the role. Entry level positions seem to be more comparable between men/women, but at the Director level and above there is real disparity in the salary/comp plans that are offered.
