"Sonepar has really proven to be an inclusive company to work with in my experience. I've held a couple of different roles now working with different groups and departments and across the board people are personable and take the time to connect and build a relationship. I feel supported by my immediate leadership team as well as even senior executives with several opportunities for engagement either via employee resource groups or mentorships, etc. "

"I have always felt supported and heard throughout my time at Sonepar. I feel compensation and the benefits are fair, but are case by case. "
