    "Fantastic company! It's a male dominated industry, but they are trying to make the company more diverse. Not the best maternity leave benefits, but it's improved since I've been here. "

    "If you are looking for a company that feels like a welcoming community, this is it! Associates are given respect and opportunity and plentiful resources in training & development, employee resource groups, competitive benefits packages etc. And hard work is recognized and often times rewarded. I enjoy the "small feel" of this large organization where I think most associates are passionate about the tribe they find and the opportunities provided within Sonepar USA and the operating companies."
