"I love my job and have only experienced a supportive atmosphere at Sonepar. The electrical industry has historically been male-dominated, but it is rapidly and dramatically changing. Every woman who joins makes an impact and opens up more space for other women. Two of our subsidiaries in the US are lead by female presidents, who are incredible role models. Plus, our women's employee resource group is doing fantastic work so even if there aren't a lot of women at your exact location, you have access to a really supportive network and career development resources. "

"Flexibility depends on your job role. We have office-based roles (marketing, finance, etc.) that can do a hybrid schedule. However, there are a lot of warehouse and operations positions, where it's impossible to do the job remotely just because of the nature of the job."

"I can be my authentic self for the first time in my career. My manager fully supports me. I feel that I can share my talent and gifts with my department and the operating companies around the US. I'm fulfilled as I can pursue my passion and feel I'm serving my purpose. Sonepar has continuously worked to provide an atmosphere for inclusion, diversity, and mentorship."
