"It is rare to look forward to work each day. It's also very rare to build meaningful relationships with colleagues that turn into real friendships outside of work. I have experience both working at Sonepar. Though it is a large company, it is family-owned, and it fosters a family culture throughout it's entire organization. Leadership wants to see you succeed. They are also committed to making progress. We have a long way to go but we are taking the right steps. We have exceptional male and female executives that want to pave the way for women to lead in our organization. Sonepar is unafraid of being critical and challenging policies, processes, etc. in an effort to be more inclusive. "
