"The are not really open to flexibility but if you don't need that it is otherwise a decent place to work."

"Depending on the position and the manager is great professional growth and opportunity. While there is very little appetite to create formal family friendly policies, most employees are able to do what they need to do to balance their day to day work and family responsibilites."
