"Women under 25 should avoid working for this company at the Pointer Trail location in Arkansas. It is unsafe. There are also many unqualified managers and crew leaders."

"It's a lot of hard work, and you are constantly on the public eye, there can be a decent amount of cat-calling, harassment, and hitting on of mostly the female carhops from customers. "

"Know your manager. Figure out who has your back and who does not.
Be prepared for customers who try to tip you with their phone number. Be prepared to be told "just be nice" when it happens.
If you try to call head quarters with any comments about your manager or other employees, especially if they're above you, be prepared for retaliation. Your complaints to corporate are NOT anonymous, even if you are told otherwise. Your information will be shared with your general manager."
