I've been very lucky to have most of my career be at Logic Supply. My personal experience with the Glass Ceiling and gender imbalance at work is "I acknowledge it exists but I've never had to experience it." Logic Supply has always treated me as the valuable employee that I am, no caveats. In addition, Logic Supply recently picked up the Gender Equity dialog in company meetings and is making it a normal part of conversation. No event triggered that, it was simply the core values of Open and Fair that made it an obvious conversation to keep ahead of.

UNITAR is a great organization for young professionals who would like to work short term contracts within the UN system to build experience and their network. UNITAR however is not very good at retaining talent due to the system to contract consultants for short periods of time. Talent moves on to other jobs for increased responsibility or compensation.
