In my experience, very few women had achieved leadership roles or were awarded for their efforts. Similarly, many women who were hired or promoted received that in order to boost the company's perceived treatment of women. Skills and merit were not evident in these appointments.
Job Satisfaction Level
The company does boast flexible work and work from home options. Those options are not easy to exercise. I do not know the full detail on maternity leave options.
