The company has also heard feedback and recently upped our parental leave from 6 weeks paid to 16 weeks paid, which is a huge improvement. There's lots of women in leadership positions. Our team alone, which is traditionally a very male field, is almost entirely women from leadership on down. There's lots of room for feedback on things like burnout, work/life balance, etc, and the org really tries to get it right and consistently do better. "
