"Spring was a company founded my a minority woman who values diversity and understands the value women bring to the workplace. Most of our employees are very intelligent and hard working women which is a great feeling. "

"Spring is very flexible and accommodating workplace. It is understanding of the need for balance across all aspects of life - family, fun activities, mental health, etc.
Spring is a very performance team, with high expectations of their employees, and so sometimes asks for tasks outside of work hours. However, they promote boundaries and these opportunities are typically voluntary.
Our founder/CEO is a woman and we have several high-level female employees who really shape our company, although I think there is always room for more. The men in leadership are typically very supportive and inclusive as well."
