"Be prepared to be treated as less than and know your position is really only there to do the things management doesn't and answer the phones, because the guys are to busy for that."

"It is a good place to start your career, but not if you desire to promote to upper management. Under this leadership women who held those roles have all been pushed out or let go and replaced by men."
