"It's the first company I've worked for where I haven't felt like a remote employee. And I feel like all employees are encouraged to be themselves, everything from sharing their family moments to their passion projects. The senior leadership team is very transparent and during our regular AMAs they've answered questions about our company strategy, why certain decisions were made, our finances, and so on - all of which makes me feel like I can trust them. "
