July 2018

The firm is a bit antiquated from both a business strategy and personnel standpoint. There are some "mandatory fun" policies that are aimed at keeping employees happy but I think they miss the mark on addressing the real needs of employees and driving a healthy culture.

Be very careful with this employer. The men are sexist and the women are intimidated if you speak up against sexist verbiage.

It is not a team friendly, empowering caring community. Residents are great but alot of games, harrasment and way too many immature things go on.

January 2018

Be prepared to work every on call shift as a clinical employee. The only pumping room is meant for new mothers babies in the NICU, and is rarely available for employees. This leaves the only options for pumping in the public employee lounge or a dirty patient room. Getting paid for maternity leave was extremely difficult due to incompetent HR staff.

You can have work-life balance, just not if you want to be noticed at the top. There is a lot of tokenism in terms of race here as well.
