"Look elsewhere. Unequal pay for exact same experience and education.
Unequual pay and less opportunity for women with more experience than male counterparts. No respect for women as professionals. Women have no voice and are more likely to get fired. High employee turnover. Still the "good ole boys club""

"The culture is tough but they do pay for performance. Tends to be a "boys" club at the leadership levels but they have recognized this and are actively making changes."
