Not a good option for maternity leave. Good for taking time off if you are past having children.

Level of Flexibility
1 2 3 4 5No paid maternity leave is a problem. Had to return after 6 weeks. It is flexible with sick time when you have a sick child. Vacation time is pretty flexible and you can take off as needed (within the 3 week max).

6 paid / 4 unpaid
I had to drain my vacation and sick time to have off and pay myself. There is no paid time for maternity leave.
