"Bank up your sick leave for kids. Working with HR has been helpful with some things l. ETF and health insurance have been incredibly uncooperative involving changing my last name."

"My supervisor is a micromanager, I've had two other supervisors who were phenomenal with flexibility. The majority of supervisors are pretty relaxed in the SE region."

Good for taking time off if you are past having children."

"No paid maternity leave is a problem. Had to return after 6 weeks.
It is flexible with sick time when you have a sick child. Vacation time is pretty flexible and you can take off as needed (within the 3 week max)."
