    I've never worked for a company or team that did not embrace flexible hours or working remotely. I always felt uneasy about it, There is no formal policy, which makes it vary from department to department. If you have a leader that does not do it, then expect not to do it either. So unfortunate and I wish I would have known this before joining.

Meeting and working with very talented people. Long term employee who has seen lots of changes over time. Benefits have gotten worse over time and perks greatly reduced but overall it's a good company to work for.
