"Working at Sterling Talent Solutions as a woman allows you the flexibility to balance both work and motherhood. As women we're pressured to do it all and although that expectation is unrealistic most days, it's more possible with Sterling and I appreciate that so much. "

"Our maternity leave policy has changed since I've taken mine which now allows for paid leave by the company which is very nice. I had to use my PTO and FMLA during my maternity leave for 3 months. "

"I had not been at Sterling a full year when I had my baby. They gave me the 6 weeks maternity leave and even though they didn't have to by law, they gave me the additional 6 weeks I would have had under FMLA if I had been with the company a fully year. I will forever be grateful for the support through this time."
