"There are many women that I know personally that are in positions of leadership in the company except in IT Infrastructure. There are not many women working on the Infrastructure side of the house. It would be nice to see more women who work with hardware, Cisco, or Windows server.

"I really like that I work at a company that has a number of women in leadership positions, including female CEO and CPO, as well as a number of VPs. I don't usually feel like I am treated any different for being a women aside from sometimes clueless comments regarding the relative dressiness of my appearance on a day-to-day basis as though that matters, which I don't think men typically feel the need to comment on about/to each other."

"I have a lot of flexibility in terms of hours worked (earlier vs later), and working from the office vs. work from home, but I think some of that is inherent in my job/role and manager, and doesn't necessarily apply across the entire organization."

"To be led by a female CEO is very inspiring. I feel that every women has the same opportunity as men for promotion and advancement at this company. They are also very flexible and understanding of family life, and I love that I get to create a work/life balance that is personal to me."

"Overall the company is relatively flexible and a lot of employees are remote. That is great for being a working mom. There are also a lot of women in senior leadership positions, including a female ceo. "
