"As an account manager I can feel like I am challenged but because of the flexibility I can also be there for my 3 boys. For example if I want to volunteer at their school, I just take a longer lunch and work later in the evening. "

"Sterling encourages growth for women and men. When I started Sterlings leadership was primarily men. Over the past 5 years I have seen our leadership welcome more women as leaders which has been a great transition to see. "
