"Women are highly valued and supported throughout the organization, starting with the CEO and executive team. If you ever have a manager who doesn't seem supportive, report it to HR so it can be remedied. The exec team is still male dominated, and hopefully over time that will change. Regardless, they are strong allies across the board. "
