"Stride is a very inclusive work place. It's a great company to work in because employees are valued the most. If you feel motivated to work with awesome women, there are a lot of them here in Stride. Everyone in the company are great people and are very supportive of each other."

"I've been at Stride for over a year now. This is by far the most progressive and inclusive company I've worked for.
I strongly believe that Stride's commitment to diversity and inclusion is the reason for it's success and retention thus far. The leadership here has done a phenomenal job at empowering it's employees to make Stride the kind of company that you want to work with. I say "with" because it's a highly collaborative environment and engineering-focused organization.
This is a very safe environment for LGBTQ and would love to see more women and diverse groups of people here."
