"The opportunities for professional growth are yours for the taking! Men and women are treated equally; all women are supported to succeed in the same way as their male counterparts. The company understands that "life happens" and is very accommodating in terms of taking off or adjusting for family schedules. Sulzer has seen a lot of growth over the last couple of years and its policies have evolved with it. Management is always open to suggestions and encourages everybody to speak up."

"Hours are not really flexible. You can choose your schedule to some extent, but any change (leaving an hour early after working late all week) has to be approved by the senior manager and is sometimes denied. No work from home except for snow days."
