"Yes, this is still a company with lots of engineers and yes, a lot of them are men. However a woman who brings her unique perspective and abilities and is ready to be herself and not try to be "one of the guys" will learn quickly everyone here respects the people who bring their best, authentic self to work. Any barriers you see are ones you've put up! Communicating clearly with the intent to learn is key. You can make this a great place for your career if you chose to!"

"I work in a sales branch and flexibility on your work hours and location depends greatly on your role - sales, finance, customer support, installation and service technicians, project managers, etc. Overall, the management does understand what can be accomplished from home and what needs to occur in the office. It's all about setting expectations!"
