"It is a very political industry that will make you work hard. You will learn A LOT but you will also lose yourself in the work and forget about yourself and your family. The culture is very much a mean girl kind of environment. If you aren't putting on a happy face you will not get ahead. If you are a woman of color, you will not get ahead. They will use the promise of promotion to keep you there, but that carrot is actually a mirage. There are some many toxic personalities that it is scary. They are allowed to abuse and use others and are able to rise through the ranks. "

"This is a growing organization going through a tremendous cultural shift. The CEO is a woman as are about half of her direct report. I'm a senior manager and in my 13th year find this about as interesting a place as I've worked in the last 40 years."
