"While at positions of power there are hardly any women, in my time here in the last 5 years situation has been improving for the better. I have a lot more female colleagues and more new hires are women of color which is encouraging. Still, I wish they brought on more women executives to the company so that women will have a seat at the table where decisions are being made.
Maternity leave is still at abysmal mandatory minimum 6 weeks and as a company that provides software to the silicone valley giants Mentor Graphics should be able to do better. "
