"When I joined Mentor, I found it was like a family business even if it was a large company. And there are people from lots of different nationalities. Now as part of the Siemens family (we were acquired in 2017), we are in an even larger company which offers so many ways to interact with others, especially other women from everywhere on the globe. Diversity is not only a word for Mentor; it is a culture."
