"Great people and some great leadership, but also needs a lot of work in regards to benefits and time off for maternity. You only get the minimum through FLMA and health insurance is a high deductible plan that you still pay a TON for each month. Flexible work schedules if you're working from home, don't think that's as true for those based in the home office."

"The overall culture is dysfunctional and it seems that upper management is either clueless or intentionally looking the other way. Promotions are based solely on seniority in the past so there are people in positions that aren't the best for the job. Combine that with not wanting to improve processes, there is a lot of resentment across teams and pressure just to get things done, rather than put out a quality product."
