"Senior leader roles are male dominated. In global HQ cultural diversity is biased towards british. Very poor diversity and inclusion. Leadership has unconscious bias and refuse to acknowledge or address"

"There are women in senior roles, however most do not have children. There is little flexibility with maternity leave requests, as far as I understand."
