      "Each department at Syracuse is obviously going to be different, but the university needs to address gender disparities on the whole much more effectively. Male faculty often get away with inappropriate behaviors (whether sexual in nature, and/or abuse of authority, etc.) and remain unchecked, even after reports are filed. There is potential here, certainly, and the more people push for change the better, I just want women to be aware that they may face difficulties."
