Horrendous, archaic maternity/family leave policies. people come back 4 weeks after having children. No day care, no emergency child care, no assistance with child care for required work travel, non-family friendly hours. However you can often arrange "under the table" flexibility-- if you have tenure.

It may appear that they value diversity, but they are more interested in checking a box and getting on lists they buy their way into. The senior women don't even support other women. Almost all of the leaders of their women's network have been the victims of restructuring.

Excellent opportunities for meaningful work, personal fulfillment, professional growth, and relationship building. Personally, I dedicate more time to work than ideal, but I recognize it may be due to my high-standards. Depending on your role and unit there is great flexibility with hours and travel. Regardless of your role the internal equity is off and their aren't clear mechanisms for advancement or advocating for your benefits.

Schedule can be flexible with the ability to wfh occasionally depending on what department you are in. Parental leave is not paid currently and meets minimum reqs for FMLA. Be prepared to be talked over in meetings, and your accomplishments looked over in comparison with your male peers.

Overall this company is strong;y supportive of women, and particularly nurses or those with hospital experience. However in some places the young men have been promoted and are extremely dismissive of women's contributions and value. Men rise faster than women and maintain a stereotypical alpha role.
