"Tapad used to have an unlimited vacation policy that was jettisoned for
the standard allocated vacation day policy. Both systems have their pros and cons. The former vacation plan was easy to abuse by employees who were less serious about their roles, and the new plan can be a bit restrictive when taking into account a bureaucratic vacation approval process."

"This is the most politically-driven environment I've ever worked in. There are only two women at the top of the company, one of whom believes every other woman is a threat to her and will do everything she can to make sure no one is promoted in a way that threatens her role. "
