I have never felt uncomfortable in my own workplace and everyone has been very respectful and encouraging thus far. However, there's a lot of major improvement to be done as far as women earning higher positions and being paid fairly.

There just aren't enough women in the creative department. Any work that goes out and gets recognized, there's always men behind it. There's 3 female ECDs but they hardly get any kudos.

I think if you're good to them, they're good to you. Truth be told, that goes for women and men.

Family leave policy is among the worst in the industry with no plans to improve it.
