"I have never felt uncomfortable in my own workplace and everyone has been very respectful and encouraging thus far. However, there's a lot of major improvement to be done as far as women earning higher positions and being paid fairly. "

"There just aren't enough women in the creative department. Any work that goes out and gets recognized, there's always men behind it. There's 3 female ECDs but they hardly get any kudos. "
