"The flexibility and culture are largely determined by the government side of things, even if your manager is very supportive and understanding their hands are tied by a lot of gov't policies as well or prime contractors policies. "

"It's okay. Most of the Tecolote people I work with are very nice, but the overall company seems to be stuck in the past."

"Most employees work at military facilities with customers and there's an expectation that contractor employees will work set hours. No telecommuting or flex time. You can leave early once in a while, for appointments."
