Safe to say I have zero issues here. Very inclusive and supportive workspace. Have yet to feel undermined or undervalued in my current position. I would reccomend Acanac, they get it!

    I think it depends on where do you work. There are departments designed to travel therefore more likely there will no women on them.

Company is not bad, but there is no real culture or system in place for promotions, especially for young people. Things will probably change with Nokia.

There is no flexibility. I was actually told it was my choice to have kids and penalilizedd when I had to go to the hospital because my child had a broken leg.
