"The good ole boys' club is strong in the leadership circles. The only female leaders are the stereotypical ones: HR, Finance, and IT. Women who try to rise up in Operations inevitably get knocked back down. At least one VP is a widely known misogynist who HR lets off the hook repeatedly because of his metrics. "

"Before the pandemic, we were chastised for working from home too frequently. They sent us all home to work in 2020, then brought us back as hybrid for 2021. Now, in 2022, they are requiring all employees back to the office full time and we are again chastised if we ask to WFH. "
