"No the main reason job security if you leave a job to join this organization will be a huge mistake. There is no stability at this time with restructuring hitting all departments."

"Pervasive White Male leadership with some women in leadership roles. Culture seems to cater to male decision making but overall tolerance of lifestyles, while being extremely conservative politically. "

"Maternity leave is standard 12 weeks but the extra benefit I enjoyed was a reduced schedule for 8 weeks after my return from leave. There were no stipulations of must work hours per week- I worked three days a week to keep benefits. "

"I think as a company they are flexible but it depends on the department for which you work. My group isn’t flexible with work from home or summer hours but the rest of the company is able to take advantage of these benefits. "

"The company is in dire straits financially, and there's very little flexibility in where or how you work. Also, conference calls from Israel start VERY early with little flexibility. "
