"No flexibility at all. They run lean, so work/life balance is tough. Salaries are low compared to the industry. More women have been filling leadership positions in recent years; however, this should be happening much quicker considering the number of excellent women candidates in healthcare."

"Overall a great hospital with lots of opportunity but disappointing maternity leave policy given that the hospital aims to serve women and children. Great support for adoption and fertility (Given an allowance for this) but no support for a mother who conceives naturally (no on-site daycare, no paid maternity leave, etc). "
