"We work really hard, and everyone occasionally has to work late or push a hard deadline, but the whole team is supportive and makes an effort to adjust for other people's needs and care for eachother. "

"This is a female-founded, female-led team. The hierarchy is flat, meaning that you can have an impact from day one and there are no barriers between you and the CEO. It's a unique, special place. "
