"Report immediately when you have one two one meetings with others you are being harassed and screamed at and you will be working to support everyone else in the company and they will live off your pay if you are on the phones"

"There are a lot of women in management and director. This company's DNA is changing and I'm excited to see more women step into the C level. Bradford doesn't have an exceptional maternity leave policy, but the managers do everything they can to accomodate. "

"Bradford Exchange, or at least the department I work in, is very family focused and flexible for employees who need it. Only on a handfull of days are we asked to work evenings. Schedule accomodations are not an issue for employees who communicate their needs and get their work done. "

"It is a wonderful place to work and that's why people stay for so long. We form friendships that last a lifetime. However, there are a lot of office politics and drama that I hope will change. I've continued to stay loyal for so many years. I can recommend certain managers/depts that I know will give women more happiness/success."

"It depends on the department. Once this was brought to the attention of HR (by myself personally and coworkers), they have not done enough to fix the issue. They continue to let each department make their own policies even if they don't match the regulations set by HR."
