Some people can make it work, but it's a tough culture. If you're one of the folks that can make it work, you'll be really happy. If not, you'll be really miserable.

It would depend on the woman. If she could go into an environment willing to overcome the stereotypes that have already been assigned to her, then yes, but otherwise, I would not advise a woman to take a position with the firm.
