"The core of senior leadership is disconnected from day to day operations. The culture can feel like the twilight zone. It feels like the 1950’s and place where up is down and left is right.

"Benefits are very good. They have extremely few women in director or VP roles. I didn't feel discrimination, but they simply have made no effort to recruit more female heads of departments."
