"They say they’re flexible but when push comes to shove, it depends who you’re shoving against. I believe they’re a great company though. Stick to your guns and if you have to leave than you have to. But I believe they need better people to make a better outcome. "

"I left due to a request that was not received - but I believe they have the ability to do so if they want. Some people have found great flexibility at this company, some have not. It depends who you are working for. I hope they have learned from their short comings - I do believe they have. "

"Be wary of allowing yourself to be pidgeon holed by management. There is a strong barrier to getting promoted above Senior Management level and growth can stagnate there. "
