"The agency executives are most male, but their are quality female role models throughout the agency.
The PIPS team is by far the best team to be on if you're looking for the smartest group of women at TMA. "

"The very top leadership positions are held by men but there commitment from the leadership to supporting women/women's issues. i don't feel that gender plays a role in compensation or promotion"
