"While you have a little flexibility, less scheduled hours, and good benefits, the culture makes it difficult to be given promotions or opportunities to improve your own skills for promotions. Good place to get your feet under you, not the best if you have high career goals. "

"It’s a very old school company that promote based on tenure instead of merit. At my time there only one woman was above middle management. Things are extremely slow moving and change doesn’t come easily at this company no matter how well you do your job."
