"This is really a great organization if you're passionate about making a tangible impact in global health. It's energizing to be surrounded by people who share your same core values. The only thing that gives pause is seeing no women in executive leadership roles but we make up the majority of the staff. If an organization only has old white haired male perspectives, policies in the work place won't motivate female employees as it would male employees. But, I really believe it's a growing and learning organization. We have lactating rooms, and meditation rooms. I hope one day we will be the industry leader in generous (paid) maternity and paternity leave. "
