"Like many companies in the financial industry, there are inequities that need to be addressed and they are in the process of doing so. However, this is still a really good place to work. The benefits are great; there are some great opportunities; and the work is interesting and can be fulfilling."

"The benefits are great! There are a surprising number of mothers who are able to support their family on their salary/benefits who therefore have spouses who are stay at home dads. "
